SHEEP Parking Lot: The infiltration pit is now complete and awaiting inspection. The next step is adding rocks and compacting them before pouring the permeable concrete surface, which allows us to keep our parking spaces. This should be ready prior to the start of the SHEEP school year.
Zone C: The contractor says that the elevator pit is at the final dig level. Soil nailing and shotcrete for stabilization have been completed. Look for the foundation work to begin soon!
Zone B: The connector between the admin building and Barron Hall (see picture) is looking great! As you’d expect with any construction, there have been a few bumps in the road as they work to finish the connector and the interior office space. It will most likely be early fall before the admin building is finished.
Sanctuary: Demo work continues in the porte cochere (circle entrance). The focus will shift to completing the renovations once the demo work is completed. In the meantime, both worship services are being held in Barron Hall.
