After continuing to dig in the elevator area (Zone C), BurWil feels they need additional testing to determine the extent of the rock. This will likely take 4-6 weeks to complete.
During the waiting period, construction will continue in the hallway and basement between the Chapel and the Spitzer Building (Zone D), which was initially slated to begin after Easter.
Next up for the Admin area (Zone B) will be electrical work followed by drywall.
The picture above shows BurWil’s work on the footings for the extension of the Reception Room. The extended room will become a mid-size Fellowship Hall/small gathering space.
