Demo work on the admin building is 99% completed with stud framing to be completed this week. The roofing has been removed in areas to allow for 2 new dormers as well. This week demo of offices in the long hallway between the Chapel and Spitzer building started. The hallway will remain usable until at least Easter.
The most obvious change is the demolition of the sunroom that connected the Sanctuary and the admin building. It is completely demolished to prepare for the elevator addition (see Pic). We anticipate excavation of that area next week.
Contractor has indicated plan to finish the admin building prior to completion of project to allow staff to move in.
